Our school recently came alive with colour, excitement, and community spirit as students and staff celebrated our annual Culture Day. The event was a wonderful opportunity to recognise and appreciate the many cultures that make up our school community while enjoying a day filled with fun activities, teamwork, and delicious food.
Students enthusiastically participated in a variety of sporting events throughout the day. The dodgeball competition was full of energy, laughter, and friendly competition. The tug of war proved to be another highlight, with students showing incredible determination, strength, and teamwork as they cheered one another on. The relay races brought even more excitement, with students and staff participating and supporting their teammates every step of the way.
One of the most anticipated parts of the day was the opportunity to experience foods from different cultures. Students enjoyed tasting a variety of traditional dishes and learning about the customs and stories behind them. The food showcase provided a fantastic way to explore the rich diversity within our school and helped students gain a greater appreciation for cultures from around the world.
Culture Day was a tremendous success, bringing our school community together through fun, learning, and shared experiences. It was inspiring to see students celebrating diversity, making new connections, and creating lasting memories. We look forward to celebrating Culture Day again next year and continuing to embrace the diversity that makes our school such a vibrant and welcoming place.
