A Message From Our Headteacher

We at Constance Bridgeman Centre (CBC) are delighted to welcome you to our school community. As the new Headteacher, I am honoured to join a team that plays such a vital role in helping young people re-engage with learning, rebuild their confidence, and move forward positively.

At CBC, we understand that every young person’s journey is unique. Many of our pupils have faced significant challenges in previous settings, and we believe it is our shared responsibility and privilege to meet them with empathy, high expectations, and genuine care. Together, we place strong, positive relationships at the heart of everything we do.

Our goal is to create an inclusive, supportive, and purposeful environment where every young person is empowered to become the best version of themselves. We know this work is only successful when we collaborate closely with families. Your voice, experiences, and partnership are incredibly important to us, and we warmly welcome open communication between home and school.
