CBC Fundraiser for Cancer Research

Our brilliant students organised a fund raising event in aid of Cancer Research on the last day before half term. This was their own idea and they all worked very hard and very creatively, combining projects in Business Studies, Art and Cookery to come up with an Alice in Wonderland themed Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.

Guests were invited from the community and the whole event was student-led and student-run. It was a great success and ultimately we raised £134, almost three times our initial target.
